Our Mission

"InstaCode™ Institute is dedicated to helping physicians, clinicians, third-party payers, vendors and consumers obtain clear and concise billing information through providing support, current and comprehensive easy-to-use printed reference books and software programs."

Since 1997, InstaCode Institute has been providing solutions for billers, coders, and suppliers. Our coding solutions are the fruits born of frustrations. We understand the complexities of trying to run a thriving practice in the face of ever changing rules,  regulations, and fee cuts. We want to help. We want to know what you need to be successful in your profession.

Order Information

When your order will arrive? Need to change something about an order you've placed? You can review and revise your order so that it's just the way you want it by visiting Your Account (click the [Sign in] button if you are not already logged in).

If you were unable to find your answer using our Web site's self-service features, can either submit a support ticket or call 877-963-2633. We'll be happy to assist you.

Please note: For security reasons, we can only modify orders or send account information when the request comes from the e-mail address that is associated with your account. We can only read and respond to messages in English.

Support

Many free support services are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week through our help desk. Just click on the [Support] button or [Submit a Ticket] from your account.

Phone support is available for a $29 fee (per incident unless you are reporting a software error). This fee may be waived at the discretion of management. 877-963-2633

Not Receiving Replies?

If you have used our forms to contact us in the past but have not received a reply, your ISP or e-mail client may be blocking e-mail from instacode.com. Please check your SPAM box. You may also need to add "instacode.com" to your "white list" or "approved sender list".

If you still are not receiving messages from us, please consult the help section of your e-mail program to see how to relax or remove the settings that filter or block mail. Once you've established that you should be able to receive mail from us, please contact us again with your question.
